MOSGIEL WOOLLEN
DIVIDEND 10 PER CENT.
DUNEDIN, October 31
The directors of the Mosgiel Woollen Factory Company in their sixty-sixth annual report state that the greater volume of sales as compared with last year has resulted in a net profit of £i 2,293 Os lOd.
After payment of an interim dividend of 4 per cent, on April 6 last, absorbing £3815 4s, providing £3000 for ; depreciation, and transferring £2000-to reserve, there remains a balance of ;'£ 21,663 Is 9d, cwhich the directors recorrimehd should be ■' dealt with a's follows: —Payment of final dividend of 3 per cent, from trading, £2861 Bs, and 3 per cent, from revenue from investments, making a total of 10. per cent., for the year, £2861 Bs, leaving £"15j940 5§ 9d to be carried forward.
