LONDON, Monday Night.

A communique announces that the R.A.F. made an extensive reconnaissance flight over aerodromes in Germany today, and in spite of much opposition, much valuable information and photographs were obtained. Up to midnight one of our aircraft had not returned to its base.

Tonight's French communique states that there was activity by advanced troops along the whole of the Western Front today, and some local activity by artillery- Allied chaser and reconnaissance flights had been intensified.
