LONDON, October 27,
The Bishop of Wellington, the Right Rev. H. St. Barbe Holland, is returning to New Zealand fully restored in health. He states that the war has frustrated plans for the raising of funds here for the Wellington Cathedral, but that the necessary organisation j has been created.
