PEKING, October 27,
Liv Yishih, a former leader under General Chiang Kai-shek, who has been supporting the Japanese regime in North China, was assassinated when entering the French hospital to visit his father, who was wounded at the time Of another attempt to kill Liv a fortnight ago. Japanese police surrounded the hospital, but the assassin escaped.
