The last few dress shows have given one the feeling that the world is made for debutantes only—fashion has a frivolous mood in preparation for summer. Ideas are new,-fresh, and diverting as any "deb." might wish for. I could wish to have two or three—even a round dozen could not be too many—with blank cheques tucked into their pockets, and be given the privilege and .fun "of dressing them.
