N "VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at ■*-"'■ a Special Meeting of the LoAver Hutt Borough Council held on Monday, the 9th Day of October, 1939, it AVas resolved as folloAvs:— That in pursuance, and exercise of the poAvers vested in it by the "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926" and the "Municipal Corporations Act, 1933," and of all other Acts and poAvers (if any) it in that behalf enabling, the Lower Hutt Borough Council hereby resolves by Avay of special order:— . 1. That the Council proceed to, raise a loan of £5000 for the purpose, of the acquisition of land and the erection of workers' dwellings thereon and for such other purposes as are permitted by Part XXVII of the "Municipal Corporations ' Act, 1933." 2.
