NAZI INCITEMENT OF ARABS
LONDON, September 21. The Beirut correspondent of "The Times" states that German^ broadcasting is markedly active, inciting Arabs against the Allies, out its complete failure is demonstrated by the unanimity of the Arab Press and declarations of Arab loyalty; also by an enthusiastic welcome to General Weygand at Damascus.
