He is 56 years of age. Among the members of the new Cabinet are General lon Ileus, who becomes Minister of War, and General Gabriel Marinescu, Minister of the Interior. The other posts are unchanged. Yesterday and today Rumanian police have been taking action Against i Germans who are alleged to have been plotting a revolt after German troops had reached the Rumanian frontier. It is alleged that in a frontier town 1 police found instructions setting out the attitude that was to be taken up when German troops arrived at the frontier. ■ . ;
