(Received September 23, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, September 22. . Mr. Ben Tillett, aged 78, was quietly married seven weeks ago to Miss Louise Morgan, aged 45, of Padding-, ton. Mr. Tillett, a prominent pioneer oi the trade union movement, was secretary of the Dock, Wharf, Riverside, and General Workers' Union of Great Britain and Ireland from its inception in 1887 to its amalgamation with the Transport and General Workers' Union in 1922.
