The annual accounts of the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Ltd., Hamilton, show net profits for the year ended July 31 at £51,602, compared with £60,532 for the previous year. Preference sharenolders have received the usual 6 per cent, dividend, subject to the 20 per cent, statutory re-! duction. The directors now recommend payment of a dividend of 6 per cent, on the ordinary shares, which is an unchanged rate. !
