t (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 20. The Secretary for War, Mr. HoreBelisha, and Lord Hankey saw the French Prime Minister, M. Daladier, in Paris t6day. LONDON, September 21. The Paris correspondent of the "News Chronicle" says that the pur-, pose of Mr. Hore-Belisha's visit to Paris was to make final plans for immediate combined French and British action. Marshal Gamelin attended the conference.
