LOST ON ATHENIA

TWO NEW ZEALANDERS

The Prime Minister's Department today received cabled advice from the High Commissioner for New Zealand in London (Mr. W. J. Jordan) that Miss A. B. Fletcher, of Dunedin, and Miss Sarah Harper, of Christchurch, who were passengers on the Athenia when she was torpedoed, are not on any lists of survivors. Mr. and Mrs. Hilton Porter, of Auckland, were on board the Athenia and have been landed safely at Galway.

Mrs. Charles Tomlinson, of 23 Rimu Road,' Wellington, whose husband was previously reported to have been landed at Galway, has been landed at Halifax and Mr. Tomlinson is sailing at an early date to join her at Montreal.
