AMERICAN WARSHIPS PUT
OUT TO SEA

LONDON, Wednesday Night.
The European squadron of the United States Fleet left its base at 8 o'clock this morning. It is believed that it has been instructed to convoy vessels carrying thousands of refugees back to the United States.
