The "Daily Express" says that the Paris wadio reporter" yesterday that neutral motorists returning from Germany by way of Aachen have seen pieces of paper pinned on trees bearing the words written in German: "Rather the Kaiser of God's good grace than the scoundrel from Berchtesgaden."
