NEUTRALITY LAW
CONVENING OF CONGRESS
(Received September 13, 9.40 a.m.) WASHINGTON, September 12.
After conferring with President Roosevelt, Mr. Adolph Sabath, chairman of the Rules Committee of the House of Representatives, said that Congress would probably be convened on October 1 or a little before then to consider revision of the neutrality law.
