The briefs for the defence in the hearing of deportation charges against the Australian labbur leader HarryBridges will cover argument on two major points: firstly, whether Bridges's relations with the Communist Party constituted affiliation, and, secondly, whether the Communist Party advocates the violertf overthrow of the Government.
