Van Horn were disappointed to learn of the cancellation of the invitation of the Australian Lawn Tennis Association. It is revealed that they had comprised a team. The professionals W. T. Tilden, J D. Budge, H. E. Vines, and L. Stoefen : are to vist South Africa, despite the cancellation of their Australian tour.
