The- Waihi Beach Golf Club was elected member of the association.

A resignation was received from the Pukemiro Club.

Offers from companies to provide personal accident cover were considered, and it was decided to circularise the offer of one of the companies to clubs and ascertain, how many members were desirous of taking out the dover offered, which, it is understood, is quite different from the third-party risk covered by the association's present policy. ■;

Replies were received from the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews to questions asked by the association, and these are to be circulated to clubs, together j with several decisions given by the council on matters; submitted by clubs.

The following standard scratch scores were confirmed:—Maungatapere 74, Tasman 64! and Wangaehu 72.
