OVERSEAS TELEGRAMS
The Post and Telegraph Department advises that telegrams to places in Slovakia will now "be accepted for transmission. Messages for places in Syria and Lebanon must be written in plain language. Until further instructed, telegrams (except Governments') for France and Algeria must be in plain language. The use of code and. cipher is prohibited.
