CABINET DECISION

TOKIO, August 25,
The Domei news agency says that al a Cabinet meeting it was decided to protest to Germany against the Russo-German Pact as an infringement of the spirit and letter of the Anti-Comintern Pact.
It also says that a new formula for dealing with the European situation has been definitely abandoned.
