Butter is in fair demand. Choicest New Zealand salted and unsalted. 121s to 122s a cwt; Australian, 114s; Danish salted. 1265. The cheese market is firm. New Zealand, white and coloured, 59s to 60s. Australian, white 55s to 56s,.coloured 56s to 575.
