ESPERANTO
The weekly meeting of the Karori Esperanto Society was held in the Parish Hall on Wednesday, Mr. Nelson Hill presiding. Instead of continuing the instruction course, an extensive revision of.work already completed was arranged. The programme hour was devoted to a display of photographs of beauty spots in Austria, taken by Mr. E Bernfeld, who gave a short explanation of each. The magnificent sculpture in some of the monasteries and gardens of Vienna was clearly shown, while one photograph of particular interest showed a chapel, built in the eighth century and still used as a place ol worship.
