(By Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL. This Day. The New Zealand basketball championship tournament was continued this morning in perfect weather. The results were:—
First Grade. —Auckland 17, Hawke's Bay 14; Southland 16. Canterbury 10; Wellington 19, Otago 13. Second Grade.—Waikato 13, Ashburton 12; Southland minor 15. Wairarapa 11; South Canterbury 12, Manawatu 10.
Third Grade.—West Coast 15, Temuka 8: Hokitika 19. Otago minor 11,
