SUICIDE ANNOUNCED
BOLIVIAN DICTATOR
LIEUT.-COLONEL GERMAN
BUSCH
(Received August 24, 2.40 p.m.) LA PAZ (Bolivia), August 23. The Propaganda Minister, Senor Mario Flores, announced that Bolivia's dictator president, Lieut.-Colonel German Busch, committed suicide. He died as a result of a pistol wound. His death at first was described as accidental.
