STREET LIGHTING
STEPS FOR BLACK-OUT
(Received August 24, 1.20 p.m.,) „ LONDON, August 23. The Home Office has instructed local authorities to take the necessary steps to ensure that street lighting can be extinguished at any time this may be necessary. The Government of Ulster has made an urgent appeal to local bodies to perfectihe A.R.P. organisation in view of the international situation.
