(Received August 22, .11.10 a.m.)" I TOKIO, August 21. , The ''Asahi Shimbun" says that Japan is considering denouncing the Nine-Power Treaty. Cabinet is- to [meet tomorrow and is expected to finally decide upon a European I policy. The Japanese Foreign Office spokesman said today that there was i nothing in either the British or [Japanese statements which said that jthe negotiations with Britain had ended. | He denied a British assertion that jthe Japanese had requested the re« moval of the silver reserves from Peking, but said he could not guarantee the future. The British Ambassador, Sir Robert (Jraigie, and Lady Craigie have left the city for the summer Embassy quarters at Lake Chuzenjiko, indicating that resumption of the Anglo-Japanese talks is not expected for some time.
