SOVIET GOVERNMENT
RECOGNITION BY EGYPT
(Received August 22, 10 a.m.) LONPON, August 21. The Cairo correspondent of the Associated Press of America states that the Egyptian Cabinet has decided to recognise the Soviet Government. This is regarded as a prelude to resumption of trade talks between Egypt and Russia. .
