DARGAVILLE, This Day,

A farewell by Bench and Bar was extended to Mr. Thomas Morgan, who for nine years has been Clerk of the Magistrate's Court, returning officer for the Kaipara electorate, and Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages. He leaves at the end of the month on transfer to Whakatane. He was the recipient of gifts. His successor will be Mr. C. L. Cutler, from Timaru.
