A scheme for setting up classes to teach exercises designed to help expectant mothers before and during confinement and to build up their general health to aid them to an easier settling down to routine duties at home after childbirth, wae nlared h«forp the Hospital Board by Mrs A. N. Grigg. who waited on the board.

Members were unanimous about the benefits of such classes, and agreed that an officer of the hospital staff should investigate the srheme with a view to the early establishment of classes.
