Three second statutory offenders for drunkenness, Albert William David Clements, Glenray Tennyson Wheeler, a labourer, aged 46, and Robert Tangeiti, a labourer, aged 38, were each fined 10s, in default 48 hours imprisonment, by Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M,, in the Magistrate's Court today.
