MAUNGANUI'S CRUISE
The Maunganui arrived at Niuafoou on Thursday in the course of her second cruise to the Islands, and while there landed 10,000 letters by the "tin-can" mail. At night a movie ball was held aboard the ship, most of the passengers participating. ' Arriving.,, at" Levuka early on Friday „ mpjrning,: the passengers were given; art; opportunity of witnessing some colourful- native dancing in Nasau Park. -"-The ship sailed for Suva in the afternoon, and arrived at 4.50 o'clock. In the evening an Island nights entertainment and ball was conducted at the Grand Pacific Hotel. Passengers were entertained on Saturday by motor trips, a display of fire-walking, and a race meeting.
