ISSUING OF DECREES

(Received August 11, 1 p.m.) MADRID, August 10. General Franco's new Cabinet, with himself as Premier^ is as follows:— \ Minister of the Interior, Senor Suner. Foreign Minister, Colonel Beigbeder. Minister of War, General Varela. Minister of Air, General Vague. The Ministry is a union of Falangists and the army. General Franco is empowered to issue decrees without reference to anyone.
