YUGOSLAV NEUTRALITY
BELGRADE, August 10.
The Government, has ordered th« speeding-up of fortifications on the German frontier. The Prime Minister went to Italy by air today to inform the Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, of the Government's neutrality.
