WARSAW, August 8. It is officially denied that Poland will participate in the Russian talk^. It is pointed out that if she did it would close the door to negotiations with Germany.
Foreign observers point out that Poland does not really want Russian help. Although the present tension has diminished, there is unwillingness to co-operate with the Soviet.
