A Pole named Deplewski has died in Wolsztyn district of Posnan as a result, it is alleged, of a recent attack by four Germans.
At the instance of General Nogues, French Resident-General in Morocco, the Sultan has signed a decree setting up a special "reserved zone" along the frontier of French Morocco and of Spanish Morocco, in which unauthorised travel, the taking of photographs or films, and the making of sketches or plans is forbidden.
