Prices of live poultry, supplies of which are scarce, in the Wellington market this week, are quoted by Townsend and Paul, Ltd., as follows:— White Leghorns.—Hens, 3s to 4s 6d each; cockerels, lid to Is a lb; pullets, best, 6s to 9s each; others, 3s to ss.
