SYDNEY STOCK EXCHANGE
(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) SYDNEY, August 3.
The weaker tendency noted on the Sydney Stock Exchange yesterday was more pronounced today consequent on the local political uncertainty and the prospect, of higher Federal and State taxation. The immediate outlook in business circles is unpromising. Excellent rains throughout the State, however, have assured a bumper harvest and a splendid wool season. Sales included:— £ s. d.
