HIGH PAY-OUT FOR CHEESE.
Bruntwood Dairy Company, Waikato, paid out 18.577 d, which the chairman, Mr. W. N. Pacry, described as "highly satisfactory," and 2d per lb above the differential between butter and cheese. The pay-out last season was 16.333 d.
