MISSING RUSSIAN GENERAL

(Received July 28,12.30 p.m.) PARIS, July 27. General Skobeline, a Russian,, was sentenced to penal servitude for life on a charge of kidnapping General de Miller in September, 1937. General Skobeline is still missing. General de Miller, head of the White I.ussian ex-SeTvicemen in Paris, vanished in mysterious circumstances in September, 1937. Hf left a note saying that he had a rendezvous with Gen* eral Skobeline to meet a German military attache. General Skobeline had arranged the meeting, which was pej> haps a trap\ It was considered that Generel de Miller had possibly been kidnapped and smuggled on board a ship bound for Russia. Later General Skobeline disappeared.
