DAMAGED PLANE
MAY BE SENT TO AMERICA
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, July 25 Engineers from the Palmerston North workshops of the company have worked for two days on the Union Airways airliner Kahu, which was damaged when landing at New Plymouth on Sunday. It is now believed that the machine may be shipped to the Lockheed Corporation's factory in California for inspection, to see if there is any- structural damage.
