MR. DENNIE DONOVAN

HASTINGS, July 24.

Following a. long illness. Mr: Dennie ("Dinnie") Donovan died yesterday in Hastings. He was a well-known business man. and a prominent figure in, racing circles. Mr. Donovan was a successful rider for several years, being associated with the late Sir William Russell Later he entered the commercial world. He owned and raced several horses, including Kohu, winner of the Great Northern Hurdles.
