BRAZILIAN LOANS

The Chancellor of the Exchequer. Sir John Simon, stated in the House of Commons that on July 12 Brazil had informed Britain that it would welcome a representative from the Brx-' tish Council of Bondholders in order that the position of Brazilian, loans issued in the United Kingdom might be examined by the Minister of. Finance. It was understood that a! similar invitation has been extended to \ French' and American bondholders. | The matter was receiving the consideration of the Council of Foreign Bondholders.
