DEATH FROM INJURIES

WANGANUI. July 18,

Mr. Richard Smith, married, aged 32, Public Works employee, who was one of five people injured when a motor-car went over a bank at Denlair Settlement on Sunday, died in the Wanganui Public Hospital tonight.

The condition of the other victims of the accident, Messrs. J. F. Barrie, R. Plaisted, "J. W. Shore, and Mrs. L. Beggs, who were only slightly injured, was reported tonight to be comfortable.
