SEQUEL TO ACCIDENT

NELSON, This Day,
John Leonard Hall, a young man, who was found guilty of negligent driving, causing the death of a cyclist, was sentenced to two months' imprisonment and disqualified from driving for five years, in the Supreme Court today. Mr. Justice Northcroft said that, there was nothing vicious in the case, but. like a great many motorists, principally young, but also many older ones, the accused had driven ■irresponsibly, and without due regard to the rights of others.
