SPANISH NEUTRALITY

BURGOS, July 14.

' General Franco in a statement said; "I refuse to believe that there will be i a war. There is no question that cannot be settled peacefully. Danzig is not, worth a war; from It Poland would gain nothing, War would in any event be fatal for Poland, and tneyitabV would compromise Britain's system of communications, which constitute her imperial structure.
