ALL FOREIGNERS

TO LEAVE TYROL

TOURISTS iN 24 HOURS

(Received July 12, 2 p.m.)

LONDON, July 11

The Rome correspondent of "The Times'* says that Italy's decision to expel foreigners from the Tyrol ap-plies-to all foreigners, both residents and tourists, "for political and military motives."

The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs told the British Ambassador that only tourists would be required to leave within twenty-four hours. As to the residents, the Prefect would examine each case on its merits and fix a time-limit for the winding-up of their affairs and their departure.
