SLEEPING IN BAND ROTUNDA

Found sleeping in the band rotunda in Central Park, Brooklyn, Charles Snow Lock, a labourer, aged 58, appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today charged with being idle and disorderly in that he had insufficient lawful means of support. He was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon any time within three months, a condition being that he be under the care of the Salvation Army.
