Edwards, a British , engineer from the steamer Yojjjpw, owned by Meggrs, Butterfleld ahd t Swire, Ltd., for allegedly insultisfi && ' army, He added that the reported stripping of Mr. Anderson would be investigated. According to Tpkip Preg§ messages, the conversations on. the Tientsis situation are expected to opeji in Tpkip on Wednesday. The British egpsul in. Tientsin and Other local representatives have arrived in Japan.
