Sir James and Lady Hutchinson, Dunedin, arrived this morning by the Wanganella from Sydney. Mrs. Bruce Douglas, North Canterbury, is a visitor to Wellington for the Trentham races, and is staying at the Hotel St. George. - Miss^L Beetham and Miss M. Maun- . sell, Masterton, are visitors to Welling- * ton and are staying at the - Hotel Waterloo. Mrs. D. Peacock, Heretaunga, has returned after spending a holiday with her daughter, Mrs. Bryan H. Kingston, Glendowie. Mrs. G. L. Rutherford and Miss Cushla Rutherford, Parnassus, Canterbury, are visitors to Wellington, and are staying at the Hotel Waterloo. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Jackson, Karori, will leave today by the Maunganui on a trip to the South Sea Islands. Mrs. M. W. Hartgill, Dannevirke, is a visitor to Wellington, and is staying at the Royal Oak Hotel. Miss W. V. Thompson, of the Victoria League, is spending a few weeks with i her sister in Hawke's Bay. Mrs. R. D. Parker, Rissington. Hawke's Bay, is visiting Wellington,and is the guest of Mrs. D. J. Cummings, Glen Road, Kelburn. * Mrs. W. P. Endean, Parnell, has returned to Auckland after a brief visit to Wellington. Miss Noreen Cohen, Wellington, has returned from a visit to Masterton. Visitors to Hawke's Bay for the Crozier—Gaddum wedding include Mr. and Mrs. Pritchard. (Auckland), Dr. and Mrs. W. Gray, Dr. R. Kennedy, Mr. J. Speight, Mr. D.
