MAKING MUNITIONS
PRODUCTION IN AUSTRALIA

MELBOURNE, This Day. The Minister for Supply, Mr. R. G. Casey, announced that production at two of the munitions annexes set up by the Commonwealth Government in railway workshops and private engineering shops would begin in about si* weeks.
He added that progress reports indicate that by the end of the year 23 annexes will be in operation.
